We provide a free 2 year warranty for all of our products. Customers can extend this warranty from 2 years up to 5 years.
AudioPressBox also guarantees the availability of spare parts for a minimum of 10 years.
Quality is very important to us, which is why all of our devices are tested and inspected free of charge by the manufacturer in the EU during the warranty period.
If a claim is valid, the shipping costs, repair, and testing are covered by AudioPressBox. Testing and repairs are completed within 2 working days upon receiving the device.
Our service center also provides full support and servicing for devices outside the warranty period, for the entire lifetime of the product.
