AudioPressBox at MORE Experience Day

From the Demo Room to Real-World Applications

How can AV integrators provide reliable audio feeds for journalists, broadcasters and recording devices? And how can professional press audio distribution become a practical part of a wider AV system?

These were some of the topics we explored at MORE Experience Day in The Hague, the Netherlands, hosted by our Dutch partner, More Distribution.

The event brought together AV integrators and consultants for an afternoon of live demonstrations, technical conversations and professional audio. For AudioPressBox, it was an opportunity to introduce our company, present our press box solutions and discuss their applications in real projects.

Introducing AudioPressBox to AV Integrators and Consultants

During our presentation, we introduced the AudioPressBox portfolio and explained how our professional audio distribution solutions support press conferences, media briefings and live events.

A press box serves a clear purpose: distributing an audio source to multiple media recording devices. Instead of relying on room acoustics or placing several microphones around a speaker, journalists can connect to a dedicated audio feed.

For AV integrators and consultants, this is an important consideration when designing spaces where public communication and media coverage are part of everyday operations.

Where Professional Press Boxes Make a Difference

One of the main themes of the event was connecting product features with practical use.

AudioPressBox solutions are suitable for a wide range of environments, including:

Government institutions and municipalities – press conferences, official announcements and public briefings.
Corporate facilities – media presentations, company announcements and product launches.
Sports venues – interviews, tournament announcements and post-match press conferences.
Conference centres and auditoriums – dedicated media connection points within an integrated AV system.
Rental and live event companies – portable press audio distribution for changing venues and event requirements.

The AudioPressBox portfolio offers solutions for both mobile use and permanent AV integration, with connectivity options for traditional and digital media workflows.

Portable Press Boxes for Events and Mobile Use

Our portable press boxes provide professional audio distribution for press conferences, corporate announcements and live events where equipment needs to move between locations.

They are a practical choice for rental companies, event organisers and production teams working with temporary media setups.

Fixed Installation Solutions for Permanent AV Systems

Our fixed installation distribution solutions allow AV integrators to incorporate dedicated media audio connections into press rooms, government buildings, conference centres and sports venues.

By planning press audio distribution as part of the overall AV system, designers can provide convenient connection points wherever journalists and broadcasters need them.

Dante and USB-C for Modern Media Workflows

For projects using networked audio, our Dante-enabled boxes support integration into Dante-based AV systems.

Selected models also offer USB-C audio connectivity, providing digital audio connections for compatible recording devices alongside traditional professional audio workflows.

Positive Feedback and Valuable Technical Conversations

Thank you to More Distribution for hosting MORE Experience Day and to everyone who joined us in The Hague. It was a pleasure to share our expertise, exchange ideas and demonstrate the possibilities of AudioPressBox solutions.
